After viewing world-renowned photographer Ansel Adam’s work for so many years I’ve always wanted to visit Yosemite. How can you go wrong with a location that has soaring pines, colossal granite cliffs and monumental waterfalls as your backdrop? A couple months ago I finally had the chance by photographing Jennifer and Brian’s wedding there. The day started out at the Narrow Gauge Inn, a small place with tons of charm, where all the prep photos were done. From the Inn, the guests took a ride on Yosemite’s famous Sugar Pine Railroad to a location inside the park were the ceremony was held.  I took a small second train later, called a Jenny car, along with the bride and her maid of honer.

Everyone ended up back at the Inn where the reception was held. We had a blast with Jennifer, Brian and their friends and family. The photos came fast and easy considering we were at one of the most beautiful places on earth.

The following morning we drove up to Glacier Point where a lot of Ansel Adam’s most iconic images were photographed. Seeing Half Dome up close is something that absolutely takes your breath away!
