What a beautiful Southern California day it was when Alle and Kristi said their nuptials! I was excited about the wedding since Alle and Kristi were both really fun to work with and they were having their wedding at one the most awesome locations in Temecula. The Falkner winery is truly one of the hidden gems of Temecula. It’s beautiful and is surrounded by vineyards and arches made a vines. It also faces the West so if you’re getting married in the evening you will have those amazing sunset shots. This made our job so much easier as as we rolled on and got some really awesome shots around the vineyard. Alle and Kristi were fantastic to work with and looked like a models throughout the session. Congratulations on your new lives together as wife and wife! Thanks for having us be there.
Lesley and Ray were married in one of the most hidden gems in Orange County. This venue is absolutely beautiful, you can take a picture anywhere and it’ll always have a great background. The inside of the manor was also awesome. Filled with unique antiques and beautiful paintings that were hanging on the wall. The grounds are so beautifully decorated and has so much charm that we may have had too many spots to shoot. Late at night the manor takes on a whole new look with sparkling garden lights that transform the cozy spot to a magical wonderland. Lesley and Ray we are so happy we got to share your special day with you and wish you many years of happiness!
A cool California day filled with laughter and happiness from the beginning to the end, marked Emilee and Bryan’s wedding. There were a lot of unique details such as Bryan wearing his grandparent’s photo attached to his vest with a pin. Also, Emilee for a nice touch attached her grandparent’s photo to her bridal bouquet. Emilee has such a beautiful smile, she was glowing all day long! Mountain Meadows is an awesome venue and we fantastic surrounds for the photos. After Emilee and Bryan exchanged their vows we did some fun wedding party photos and went to our favorite spot to get some beautiful late afternoon shots. Emilee and Bryan, we are so happy we got to share your special day with you and wish you many years of happiness!
Diana and Sergio tied the knot at the historic and beautiful Heritage Park. The park is kind of a hidden gem but believe it or not it has been around since the late 1800’s. The city of Santa Fe Springs have restored the buildings and grounds of the old elegant ranch which provided an excellent backdrop for the day. Surrounded by their family and friends the ceremony was touching and very personal. Nestled under the trees Diana and Sergio exchanged their vows. Of course there were tons of personal touches like a trio singing a wonderful rendition of a classic Elvis tune for their first dance. Later on their guests enjoyed the reception seated under the trees and dancing into the night. The flowers were spectacular and prepared by Magnolia’s Floral Design.
What a perfect day for a backyard wedding! Actually the wedding of Kelley and Jared was held on the beach in Corona Del Mar, California but the beautiful reception was back in Costa Mesa at their home. We stared the day in Costa Mesa for getting ready shots and right after that our wonderful spontaneous bride decided that it awesome to go for a jump in a bounce house that was setting up across the street for a birthday party. Of course she was right! The photos from the bounce house were indeed awesome! We soon may our way down to the beach for the ceremony. Our biggest challenge that day was the bright beach sun but we found a way to minimize the brightness to get some great shots. Then it was off to their home for the reception. Kelley and Jared’s friend Kim and Sarah from the Love Riot handled all the coordinating, table decor, place cards, and lots of wonderful personal touches. Congratulations on your new lives together as husband and wife! Thanks for having us be there.
Lani and Aaron met doing one of there favorite things, hiking. Which also makes sense that when he decided to propose they were up a few hundred feet above sea level on one of Southern California’s most beautiful mountains. Lani and Aaron decided to have their wedding at one of the most hidden gems in Orange County. The Wedgewood Weddings Aliso Viejo has a cool Mediterranean style with great views of the nearby mountains. we started the day with an awesome first look and later moved into a beautiful ceremony with lots of touching words. The reception followed with an all out dance party and a twist to the bouquet toss with a fifty dollar bill wrapped to the bouquet. Needless to say there was big competition for that bouquet. Congratulations on your new lives together as husband and wife!
What an absolutely perfect wedding day it was at the beautiful Arroyo Trabuco Golf Club in Mission Viejo, California. We started the day out at the golf club for getting ready shots and some pre-ceremony images. I took few pictures of the girls helping Alex with the final touches and getting into her beautiful dress. Alex and Devon elected to see each other for the first time the old fashion way, when she’s walking down the aisle. This was a great decision because he was absolutely blown away by her grand entrance! We managed to get the formals out of the way relatively quickly and then all the family and friends proceeded to enjoy the cocktail hour. Jesse and I spent about 30 minutes shooting portraits of just the two of them on the spectacular grounds of the golf course. Reception started with the introductions, followed by the first dance and then gradually transformed into a full blown party. I had wonderful time shooting Alex and Devon’s wedding and hope my pictures show that. Congratulations again to both of you guys!
One thing is for sure, Jessica and Jason have some of the best family and friends anybody could ask for! I already knew that Jessica’s family was going to be fantastic because I’ve known them for several years. For two people with such awesome families and friends there was no question they had to have their wedding at a one of the most magical venues in Los Angeles. The historic Houdini Estate is a masterpiece of craftsmanship and design. Located in the Hollywood Hills just minutes from the famous Sunset Blvd. Now there’s debate to whether Houdini actually called this his residence but there’s no debate that this is one of the most magical places in Los Angeles. This is an an impressively large estate with sprawling grounds covered in greenery. The coolest part about the Houdini Estate is that there are so many hidden areas that you can get lost wandering around, not to mention a couple main areas where Jessica and Jason had their ceremony and reception. Handling the logistics of an event like this can be overwhelming but Christina Garrison of Events by CMG handled it beautifully. We had no shortage of incredible backgrounds for our portraits and probably one of the most cutest couples to photograph. Later on the party kicked off with incredible Brazilian salsa dancers that got the guest up off their feet for what was an extraordinary night. Thanks to Jessica and Jason for letting us be a part of your special day!
A warm fall day filled with laughter and happiness from the beginning to the end, marked Alessandra and Tom’s wedding. One thing is for sure, these two have some of the best family and friends anybody could ask for! Alessandra and Tom’s wedding took place on the campus of Occidental College in Eagle Rock California. One of Occidental College’s most notable attendees include former US President Barack Obama. The campus is filled with awesome spots for photographer’s to take advantage of and that’s exactly what we did. Here are a few of the highlights from the day.
What better place to have an engagement session then the happiest place on earth. Jessica and Jason have bonded over their love for all-things Disney and even dressed up with Mickey ears and shoes for this awesome shoot. We hit several of the cool spots in Disneyland and finished off the day in California Adventure. Thank you again to Jessica and Jason for this incredible engagement session. I’m so excited to celebrate your wedding coming soon!
